On April 1, renovations began at Sake Express’ Belmont, N.C., location — changes to create a better guest experience for every diner.

The approximate two-week renovation includes a full week of restroom-only improvement, allowing the restaurant to remain open as usual as usual for in-restaurant service, drive-thru, takeout and delivery through April 8. Luxury restrooms will be provided onsite as this much-needed facelift unfolds.

Additional updates will begin Tuesday, April 9. The dining room will close for an anticipated full week for vast upgrades — a fresh look — that include new tables, painting and layout seating changes. This will bring a revived restaurant to Sake Express’ Belmont guests this spring. A planned dining room reopening is scheduled for April 16. Swift service drive-thru and DoorDash delivery will be available throughout this process.

Belmont’s Sake Express location debuted in August 2010. These upgrades are the restaurant’s first major renovations since its opening.
